Polymer-sand Tile
The Ecoroof replicates the look of natural clay and concrete tile only 2 times lighter and stronger! Its beautiful aesthetic look paired with the quality of Polymers and composite material makes it the best available roofing tile on the East African Market. In addition, our products are sustainable materials as we use recycled content in making them therefore contributing to a cleaner and safer environment.
Technology of production of polymer-sand tile ensures the stability and consistency of its size – because the size specifies by the mold, and the human factor is excluded. The pigment is added in right proportions during the preparation of polymeric material (before the stage of formation of the product), so that uniform coloring tile not only on the surface but also on a cut.
The set includes the following types of Roman Tiles (Charcoal Black) and Brick Red
Ecoroof tiles are produced in the following basic colors:
- A – Orange;
- B – Brick red;
- C – Earth brown;
- D – Charcoal black;
- E – Forest green;
- F- Other colors – by the request of the customer.
For each user, calculate the needs of tiles, and additional elements – depending on the size of the roof.

Polymer tile produced by LLC “Ecoroof”, fit all indicators and complies with the relevant national
standards – DSTU B V.2.7-139 2007 “polymer sand tile.”
Warning! Shingles are sold in overall size in the number of 9pcs./sq. m.
Other characteristics of polymer-sand tile (according to the latest test):
- failure load in bending 1.5 kN * (at a rate of not less than 1.5 kN);
- 24 hour water resistance. * (At a rate of not less than 24 hr.)
- Frost resistance 50 cycles * (at a rate of at least 50 cycles);
- color fastness 4 points * (at a rate of no more than 4 points);
- Water absorption of 0.05% (at a rate of not more than 2.0%).
- Controlled performance – test lasts only to the value specified in the standard.
